Thank you for shopping at Komari Maria (TruckCurtains.eu). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom-Made Products
All of our products are custom-made to order based on your specific preferences, dimensions, and selections. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Under EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized goods. Therefore, we are unable to offer cancellation, return, or exchange for non-faulty items.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care in crafting and inspecting every product before it leaves our facility. We strive to ensure that no faulty products are ever shipped.
In the rare event that you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@truckcurtains.eu. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.
We will assess the situation and, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will either:
- Offer a replacement of the faulty part or product, or
- Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Note: Claims made after the 3-day window or for products that have been used, installed, or altered may not be accepted.
